1.Thematic:
Sectoral information.

2.Indicators:
- Qualifications: information is provided on the proceedings, the qualifications formulated by the Public Prosecutor's Office in these proceedings and the sentences handed down. Within the types of proceedings, a distinction is made between those that include an investigation phase and those that include a trial phase. An account is given of the qualifications formulated by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the sentences that have been passed, distinguishing between acquittals and convictions and, within the latter, whether they have been reached by agreement or not.

The geographical data is standardised in accordance with theCTEAJE Technical Regulations (reference standard for IT tools in the field ofthe Administration of Justice).

No seasonal adjustment, decomposition of time series orsimilar methods are carried out.

9.Source:
The data is obtained from the Attorney General's Office.
