The Electronic Microenterprise Service (SEM) is included in the Fourth Additional Provision of Law 16/2022, of 5 September, reforming the consolidated text of the Insolvency Law approved by the Royal Legislative Decree approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020 , of 5 May, for the transposition of the EU Directive 2019/1023 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 20 June 2019, on preventive restructuring frameworks, debt relief and disqualifications, and on measures to increase efficiency of restructuring, insolvency and debt relief procedures, and amending EU Directive 2017/1132 of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain aspects of Company Law (Restructuring and Insolvency Directive).
The Electronic Microenterprise Service (SEM) is a platform designed to facilitate and streamline the submission of the forms of the special procedure for microenterprises, regulated in Book III of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020, of 5 May, which passes the consolidated text of the Insolvency Law, enabling for the completion and delivery of the forms provided for the special procedure to the judicial bodies, both for initiation and judicial proceedings, established by law.

methods are performed.
