The present document reveals information on the members of the prosecutorial career inactive service, capturing sociological indicators of the sex and age of its members, as well as the data on the territorial distribution, job titles and career categories.

Methodology

1.Thematic:
Socio-economic analysis.

2.Indicators:
- Total prosecutors.
- Prosecutors (men).
- Prosecutors (women).
- Years of seniority.

3.Geographical scope:
The information covers the whole of Spain. Data is published at national level, by Autonomous Community and province.

4.Application bodies:
Public Prosecutor's Office.

5.Time coverage:
Information on an annual basis, with data available from 2015.

6.Updating of data:
Data are updated on an annual basis.

7.Standardisation processes:
Functional units, organisational units and geographical data are standardised in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the CTEAJE(reference standard for IT tools in the field of the Administration ofJustice).

8.Adjustment:
No seasonal adjustment, decomposition of time series or similar methods are used.

9.Source:
