Methodology

1.Topic:
Sectoral information.

2.Indicators:
- Files: accounting of all files generated in the SEM of both natural and legal persons.
- Creditors: number of people or entities to whom a company must pay its outstanding obligations or debts (liabilities).
- Credit balance: accounting parameter that indicates a credit balance and represents the money that the account holder has available at that moment. It is used to define the economic status of a company.

3.Geographic scope:
The information covers the entire national territory. Data is published at the national level, by Autonomous Community, province and municipality.

4.Enforcement agencies:
- Judicial bodies.
- Lawyers and solicitors.
- Insolvency administrators.
- Debtors and creditors.
- Legal assistants.

5.Temporary coverage:
Daily information, with data available from 01/02/2023.

6.Data update:
The data is updated daily.

7.Standardization processes:
The geographic data is normalized in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the CTEAJE (reference standard for computer tools in the field of the Administration of Justice).

8.Adjustment:
No seasonal adjustment, time series decomposition or similar methods are performed.
