Central Register of Convicts and Rebels
Central Register of Convicts and Rebels
The data relating to the number of cases and convicted persons
included in the Central Register of Convicts and Rebels is shown,
representing the register of the System of Administrative Registers
supporting the Administration of Justice whose purpose is the
registration of final judgements handed down by the judicial bodies of
the criminal jurisdiction for the commission of crimes, in which
penalties or security measures are imposed.
*At the moment, the data from the Central Register of Convicts and Rebels, which corresponds to the part of Rebels, is not yet shown on the portal, only the part of convicts.
*The difference between the number of convictions and the number of
convicted persons is different, because a convicted person can be
convicted in several judgements for different acts, but only accesses
once as a convicted person with the different judgements imposed. It
is also very common for a single judgement to convict several persons.
For this reason, the figure will not coincide.
