Methodology

1.Topic:
Socioeconomic analysis.

2.Indicators:
- Judges in active (Judicial career): total number of judges, Supreme Court magistrates who are in active service, in other words, when they occupy their corresponding place in the Judicial career, when they find themselves provisionally assigned, when they have been appointed associate judge, or when they have been granted a temporary service commission. 
- Prosecutorial career (prosecutors): total number of prosecutors who are members of the prosecutorial career and are in active service. 
- Crimes (RCP and RCSFM): total number of registered crimes in the Central Register of Convicted Persons (RCP) or the Central Register of Final Judgments of Minors (RCSFM).
- Sexual crimes: firm judgments for crimes against sexual freedom and integrity, as well as for human trafficking with sexual exploitation purposes registered in the Central Register of Sex Offenders. 
- Gender-based violence: total number of mortal victims of gender-based violence.
- Birth registrations: birth entries in civil registries. 
- Death registrations: death entries in civil registries. 
- Nationality acquisition registrations: Spanish nationality acquisition entries in civil registries. 
- Marriage registrations: marriage entries in civil registries. 
- Traffic accidents: total number of mortal victims in traffic accidents. 
- Human intoxications: total number of inquiries handled by the Toxicology Information Service (SIT). 
- Sexual assaults (Sexual assaults with suspected chemical submission): total number of sexual assaults with suspected chemical submission.

The information covers the entire national territory. Data is published on national, Autonomous Communities and provincial levels.

6.Data update:
The data will be updated annually.

7.Standardisation processes:
We will proceed with the normalisation of the functional units and geographic data according to the Technical Regulation of the CTEAJE (regulation of reference for the IT tools in the Administration of Justice field). 

8.Adjustment:
No type of seasonal adjustment, decomposition of temporary series or similar methods is carried out.
